Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is a non-invasive, manual approach to reducing inflammation and pain by decreasing joint restrictions, helping to improve joint and soft tissue mobility, reducing pressure on compressed nerves, and increasing range of motion.

Massage Therapy

Services may include the use of trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, joint mobilizations and remedial exercises to enhance the effectiveness of the massage. Outcomes for successful treatment can be seen in pain management, injury prevention, increased athletic performance, wellness upkeep, stress reduction and of course, relaxation.

Osteopathic care incorporates a broad range of approaches to the maintenance of health and the management of disease. It embraces the concept of the unity of the individual’s structure (anatomy) and function (physiology). It also recognizes that each patient’s clinical signs and symptoms are the consequences of the interaction of multiple physical and non-physical factors. The practice places a great deal of emphasis on the patient-practitioner relationship in the therapeutic process.

Osteopathic manual practitioners (OMPs) can support the recovery post-injury, post-surgery, post-traumatic events and can reduce tension that may contribute to complaints like respiratory difficulties, headaches/migraines, digestive irregularities, sinus pain and much more. The goal of an OMP is to help you return to health and normal activities with ease.
